I (Krista) am an INTP, technophile, book lover who does web design and internet marketing for a living. I’ve been designing and marketing websites since 1995.
My background is pretty varied - I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and when on to complete an MBA at Temple University.
I have tons of interests like anime, sci fi and fantasy, cyberculture, technology, mythology, philosophy, web design, photography and online marketing so you’ll probably find a bit of everything here.
Blog Purpose
I’ve primarily set up this blog as a personal link blog that virtually mirrors my StumbleUpon account. I’m basically aggregating my StumbleUpon RSS feed though it’s not a smooth, fully automated process. My posts tend to lose formatting and links during the process, so I import the posts as drafts in intervals (right now, every 6 hours), do some basic editing and will add a pic or video or additional links to the post.
This blog is a way of organizing all the interesting articles I read daily through the 70+ blogs I track. I was previously just starring them in Google Reader, but found I never went back to them - and usually forgot about them within a few days - so I thought I’d try Stumbling the ones I liked and writing up short blurbs about each.
Other than that, there’s no real rhyme or reason to the stuff I post - whatever I happen to find that seems interesting.
