Here’s a counterpoint to Discover Magazine’s article that science fiction no longer matters which argues that Bruno Maddox is overlooking some very talented sci fi writers like Neal Stephenson while using authors that shouldn’t be labeled sci fi (Michael Crichton) to make his point.
